Class Evaluation

            Somethings I like about this class was that it's very easy to pass it. For example, the projects aren't too hard and they but my grade up a lot. Somethings i don't like about this class is that it's boring. Some recommendation for improving the class is to make it more fun. My highlight in this class is finishing all my projects. One thing I really good in this class is keep my grade up.

Electronic Cars

            Introduced more than 100 years ago, electric cars are seeing a rise in popularity today for many of the same reasons they were first popular.Whether it’s a hybrid, plug-in hybrid or all-electric, the demand for electric drive vehicles will continue to climb as prices drop and consumers look for ways to save money at the pump. Currently more than 3 percent of new vehicle sales, electric vehicles sales could to grow to nearly 7 percent -- or 6.6 million per year -- worldwide by 2020. In the early part of the century, innovators in Hungary, the Netherlands and the United States -- including a blacksmith from Vermont -- began toying with the concept of a battery-powered vehicle and created some of the first small-scale electric cars. And while Robert Anderson, a British inventor, developed the first crude electric carriage around this same time, it wasn’t until the second half of the 19th century that French and English inventors built some of the first practical electric cars.

The 7 habits of highly effective people

Habit #1: Be Proactive

            Being proactive is important because if your proactive, your someone who takes charge or is someone who is dominant. For example, in life, you don't want to be a follower, you want to be a leader and by doing this, it shows that you are proactive.

Habit #2: Begin with the End in Mind
            What this means is that being prepared is important because if you are prepared for anything, you will know what to do encase of an emergency. for example, if you have a first aid kit and someone get injured, you will know what to do in the situation.

Habit #3: Put first thing first
            This is important because is you put important things first, than you will be successful. For example, if your do something important like get good grades, it's important to make that your priority.

Habit #4: Think Win-Win
            What this means is that if you think in winning, you will be successful. For example, if your are always concentrated in your goals, then eventually you will achieve them.

Habit #5: Seek First to Understand, then to be Understood
            This is very important because if you are able to understand better than being understood, you will have a better time learning something whether it being learning math or a new instrument. For example, if you are a better listener, than you will be able to understand better.

Habits #6: Synergize
            It is important to be open-minded because it show other that you care what they have to say. For example, if your are group sharing, it is important to listen to everyone for what they have to say because it shows your interest.

Habits #7: 
            Covey explains the "Upward Spiral" model in the sharpening the saw section. Through our conscience, along with meaningful and consistent progress, the spiral will result in growth, change, and constant improvement. In essence, one is always attempting to integrate and master the principles outlined in The 7 Habits at progressively higher levels at each iteration. Subsequent development on any habit will render a different experience and you will learn the principles with a deeper understanding. The Upward Spiral model consists of three parts: learn, commit, do. According to Covey, one must be increasingly educating the conscience in order to grow and develop on the upward spiral. The idea of renewal by education will propel one along the path of personal freedom, security, wisdom, and power.

Reflection:
            It is very important that you follow every habit mentioned because it will help you become a better person in the long run.For example, being a person who thinks win-win is someone who is positive and that is important.

Importance of Setting Goals

            It is important to have goals because if you don't have goals, than you don't have things to accomplish. For example, if your have goals, you are prepared for whats to come.But if you don't have goals you are unprepared. Your goals shouldn't always be big. Start with small ones. Ones that you know you can accomplish. After that, start with harder ones and try to accomplish those.

Rule #3: Remember Names
            If you want someone to like you, it's very important that you remember their names. For example, if someone didn't remember your name, you would probably be upset or disappointed with them. But if you remember their names they will be happy and will indicate that you care.

Rule #4: Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves.
            It is important to know the people you are taking to because if you don't, it might seem like you don't care for them. for example, if you are taking to some, make sure that you let them talk more about them self's and not asking questions about yourself.

Rule #5: Talk in terms of the man's interest.
            What this means is that it is important to be fair and be open minded. For example, if you are asking for any ideas, do not be biased or be subjected to someone, be open mined.

Rule #6: Make other people feel important--and do it sincerely.
            Making other people feel important is important because it shows that you care for them. For example, showing someone that you care for them is like showing some one that your understand their thoughts and that is very important.

            It is important to follow all these rules because overall it will make you a better person. For example, if you are a better listener, you will be able to be a better communicator. Also, following these rules will also make people like you better..

Las Vegas Mass Murdering

My dearest thoughts and condolences go out to the people that were victims in the mass shooting. My uncle had a friend who was killed at the concert by the shooter. My uncle was very sad to hear the news because his friend inspired him and looked up to him and had lots of respect for him. This mass shooting is the biggest mass shooting in american soil. The shooter went to the 32nd floor to cause chaos on the people that turned their country music concert into absolute terror.  The distance from which he fired from was 400 yards away. Seeing the videos of the terror in people's eyes truly is a devastating thing to see. Half of my family lives in Las Vegas and they have just been currently in the hospital when this was happening and they told me that they just saw all the sadness in people's eyes and all the victims being rushed to the emergency rooms.

What is Music Production

            A producer has many roles that may include, but are not limited to, gathering ideas for the project, selecting songs or session musicians, proposing changes to the song arrangements, coaching the artist and musicians in the studio, controlling the recording sessions, and supervising the entire process through audio

How is Music Produced

            Sound is produced when something vibrates. The vibrating body causes the medium (water, air, etc.) around it to vibrate. Vibrations in air are called traveling longitudinal waves, which we can hear. Sound waves consist of areas of high and low pressure called compressions and rarefactions, respectively.

1. Make no small plans: Plan BIG

            It is important to not dream small but to dream big. For example, if you always have a small dream, you will never progress but is you have a big dream, you will progress.

2. Do what they fear:
            What this means is that when you do what other fear, it sets an example for others to follow. For Example, if you are the first one to do something very daring like skydive, other will see that an try to follow in you foot steps. Also, if you are to someone who is not scared to be a leader, become their leader. If you do what others fear, they will admire you.

3. Are willing to prepare:
            What This means is that being a person who is willing to prepare is someone who is a good person. For example, if you are always prepared, it shows others that you are a person very organized.

4. Willing to risk failure:
            People who are willing to rick failure in order to be successful are the some people that become successful. For example, being a rick taker is someone who is confident and is someone who will overcome obstacles that get in the way of their goal.

5. High Achievers are teachable:
            What this means is that people who are high achievers are people who are teachable. For example, You can teach something new to someone who is a high achievers that they might not know.

6. High Achievers have a heart:
            What this means is that people who are high achievers are people who are compassionate and care for others. For example, someone who has a heart is someone who does thing out of kindness such as sharing or helping them.

            I like my first week of school. Because summer was boring and I had nothing to do in it but just go to summer school, I really liked coming back to school.

            It is very important that people are grateful. One reason people should be grateful is that many people take things for granted such as freedom. Not every country allows their citizens the freedom the Untied State has for their's and some people take that for granted. Some people also aren't grateful when good things happen to them

            Being smart is a very important aspect in life. It can be very beneficial in school or at work

            Being clean is very important in life. For example, during a interview, you need to be presentable. To do that, you need to be clean. Getting a haircut and well dressed are some key factors of being clean. Some other thing you can do to be clean is showering everyday. It is also important to brush your teeth every time you eat. Although it's important to be clean physically, it is also important to be clean socially. For example,being a nice person or being helpful are both example of clean people.

            Being positive is important in life because by being positive, it will help you become a better person. For example, if you have a bad attitude, people with think that you will be a mean person. But by being a positive person, people will like to talk to you.

            Being humble is very important in life. For example, when you know someone is having a bad day, it is important to show how much you care for them.

            Being still is important in life because what it means is that when your still, your patient and very understanding. When being still, your are someone who is very carrying and compassionate.

Summer 2017

            During the summer of 2017, I attended a basketball tournament. Although we didn't win it, we had lots of fun playing in it. I also went to the park with my family. There we and a cook out.
